2. Data we process
The data you voluntarily provide in the contact and meeting request forms: name, email, company (optional), area of interest, format, preferred date and time, and the content of your message.
3. Purpose
To answer your enquiry or arrange the requested meeting and, where applicable, to manage any resulting business or contractual relationship.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract you are party to, as well as compliance with legal obligations.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Providers that serve us may access it under a data processing agreement: web hosting and Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to our inbox. Any international transfers would be made with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Up to 24 months from the last contact for commercial enquiries and, for clients, for the duration of the contract plus the applicable legal periods.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to services@stitchlabs.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
